Message	i've done everything possible to up the compensation from the insurance company for the accident... but to no avail. they have a counter-argument for everything i throw at them. ugh. anyways, i'm most likely gonna settle and accept their pity payment tomorrow. i've run out of ideas and options. basically it comes down to no witnesses = 50/50 liability split between the two parties. and as for what the z is worth... the insurance inspector actually reported that my z was in excellent condition and only deducted for the torn leather. apparently, it still has no value. the only good news... that was to my surprise... was that i am able to purchase the z back for $139. yes, that is not a typo. good day.
